Cancellation, Exchange & Order Change Policy

Thank you for shopping with All Things School News. We are committed to processing your order quickly and accurately. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST | Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

1. Standard (Non-Personalized) Items

Orders for standard, non-personalized items may be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipped. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

2. Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized and custom-made items enter production quickly. Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded as production may have already begun.

Personalized items include, but are not limited to: items with custom names, titles, dates, or text; and made-to-order or custom-designed products.

3. DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

All DTF (Direct to Film) transfer and gang sheet orders are custom printed on demand and enter production immediately after your file is confirmed. Please note the following:

  • 🚨 No cancellations are accepted once your order has entered production
  • 🚨 No modifications can be made to your file or sheet size after production begins
  • ⚠️ If your file requires revisions before printing, a $10.00 Design Fee – File Revision will be charged and production will not begin until the fee is paid and the corrected file is approved
  • To request a cancellation before production begins, contact us immediately at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with "CANCEL – DTF ORDER" in the subject line

4. Digital Products

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your file, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us immediately at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for digital files that are lost, deleted, or inaccessible due to customer device or storage issues. Please save your files upon download.

5. Bulk Orders (10+ Items)

Bulk orders require additional processing time. Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the volume and fulfillment complexity of bulk orders, we cannot accommodate changes after this window. Bulk orders are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout based on total order weight.

6. Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or an incorrect size due to our error, we will make it right.

Eligible exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Exchange request submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Item is not a personalized, custom, digital, or DTF/gang sheet product
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

How to request an exchange: Email us at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with your order number, the item you received, and the item you'd like in exchange. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are for the same item in a different size or color only — we do not offer product swaps
  • Personalized, custom, digital, and DTF transfer/gang sheet items are not eligible for exchange
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer store credit

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Contact us as soon as possible at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with your order number and "CANCEL" or "CHANGE" in the subject line. Requests are handled during business hours on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return options.

9. Customer Errors in Personalization

Please review all custom details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer. Corrections can only be made within the 24-hour personalization window before production begins.

10. Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to decline cancellation, exchange, or modification requests if the order has entered production, has been fulfilled, or does not meet the conditions outlined above.

11. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation, Exchange & Order Change Policy.
