Refund Policy

At All Things School News, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.


Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Physical Products

We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not marked as a final sale item

⚠️ Returned Item Condition Policy: Items returned in used condition, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging will not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to reject the return and ship the item back at the customer’s expense, or issue a partial refund with an additional damage/condition fee of up to 50% deducted from the refund amount, at our sole discretion.

To initiate a return, email us at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before sending items back.

⚠️ Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all approved physical product returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets — Custom Printed Orders

All DTF (Direct to Film) transfers and gang sheet orders are custom printed on demand and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

  • 🚨 No cancellations once your order has entered production
  • 🚨 No refunds for customer file errors (wrong size, missing transparency, low resolution)
  • 🚨 Files requiring revisions are subject to a $10.00 Design Fee – File Revision before production begins

We will issue a full replacement or refund only if:

  • The transfer was printed incorrectly due to an error on our end
  • The product arrived damaged

If you believe there is a print error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the replacement item or size you'd prefer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to exchanges as well. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanged items unless the original item was damaged or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for exchange: digital downloads, custom or personalized items, DTF transfers, gang sheets, clearance or sale items, gift cards, and glass items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allthingsschoolnews@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • DTF transfers & gang sheets
  • Sale or clearance items (all sale items are final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Glass items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
