Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier will be selected at the time of fulfillment to ensure the best delivery experience for your order.


Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.

  • Standard Orders: 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Custom or Personalized Items: 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday)

Please note: business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing times may extend during peak seasons or high-volume periods.


Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to how long it takes for your order to arrive after it has been handed off to the carrier.

  • Domestic (US): 1–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days or longer

Shipping times are carrier estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, destination, and postal delays.


Free Shipping

🚚 Free shipping is available on all domestic orders of $75 or more! Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. All Things School News is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, customers are responsible for all reshipping fees.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

All Things School News is not liable for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery errors made by postal carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@allthingsschoolnews.store with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will do our best to assist you.


Glass Items — Important Notice

All glass items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


International Shipping

We do ship internationally! Processing times remain the same (1–14 business days). Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes applicable to their country.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please email us immediately at hello@allthingsschoolnews.store if you need to make a change.
