Eligibility to Use & Purchase

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state/province.
  • Minors must have parental or guardian consent to use or purchase products.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Orders by minors without consent may be cancelled.

Use of Products & Website

  • Products and content are for informational, educational, and recreational purposes only.
  • They are not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, clinical, or educational advice.
  • You agree not to misuse, resell, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, designs, and materials are the property of All Things School News or licensed to us.
  • Sharing is allowed only via links; copying or redistribution without consent is prohibited.

Shipping & Orders

  • All shipping and processing are governed by our Shipping Policy.
  • Incorrect addresses or failure to receive packages due to postal errors are the customer's responsibility.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheet Orders

  • All DTF (Direct to Film) transfer and gang sheet orders are custom printed on demand and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
  • Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files with a transparent (PNG) background at the correct print size and a minimum of 300 DPI.
  • Files that do not meet these requirements are subject to a $10.00 Design Fee – File Revision before production begins.
  • By placing a DTF or gang sheet order, you confirm that your submitted file meets all print requirements or you accept responsibility for any resulting print quality issues.

Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Certain items (digital products, custom/personalized items, DTF transfers, gang sheets, glass items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Liability Limitation

  • Use of products is at your own risk.
  • AllThingsSchoolNews is not responsible for:
    • Injuries or harm from product use
    • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
    • Misinterpretation or misuse of content
    • Print quality issues resulting from customer-submitted files that do not meet specifications
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the item.
